The Flag of Hate
While the re-negociation drags on again and everyone seems to not give a damn about it, something caught my attention somewhere in Ankorondrano, the place where the “legalists” and supporters of Ravalomanana hold their daily meeting. Apart the usual discourses about the non recogniton of the international community of the HAT transitional gov, the boycott of the upcoming national day and support to all forms of strike, they have took the plunge of stating publicly that the US is behind their movement. Despite the fact that the US resident official denied to side with a particular entity, the legalists are convinced of the contrary. And to prove their claim, the easiest way to nurture this idea is to bring the star-spangled banner into the meeting along with the Malagasy national flag, another spokesman even stated that next time they will cover the ground with US flags. I don’t know what will happen during 4th July but they are completely 20km away off the beam, always one step behind.

Who have found this ingenious idea that to break free from French colonizer means to build close tie with the United States of America and nothing between. I praise every speech with nationalistic tendency against France policy of “Chasse-gardée” and urge any Malagasy leaders to claim an official apology about 1947 massacre but it doesn’t mean that I should speak “Hello” instead of “Bonjour”, same shit different era. So for their information I recommend them to read a little about US history and take a look at this post from Z bloggers instead of doing something stupid. By the way, I need one of these flag of hate to replace my carpet like the Arab do, ohh! It was during Bush era, now Obama fell in love again to Islamic nations.
Why the rest of world hates US ? from Z’s Sid Gautama’s Blog:
“I am an eye witness to the toppling by the CIA of a democratic government and the implementation of a right wing repressive military dictatorship, the suspension of all civil rights, the state death squads traveling the country summarily executing dissidents (politically active citizens that believed in the democratic process).(…) I saw the implementation of a brutal capitalist model that moved the poor back to the slums and made a few collaborators very rich, and witnessed trough the years, at the cost of thousand of lives, the complete and systematic transformation of a society until it was rendered politically sterile, just a shadow of what once was a vibrating political environment.”
