Here we go again when the supposedly Shepherds run wild and lead the Lambs of God to the wrong path. If only I were an atheist and mock this situation where these substitutes of God or guardians of God’s words act on the behalf of the believers, interpret God’s real intention according to the scripture and dictate what is good for you and for your country. According to history, they played important role in turning men’s evil intention into God’s will and made people to kill in the name of God. It’s odd to think that they never learn from their mistakes, that their most important duty is to preserve the flock from earthly life in order to keep their soul safe during the judgement day. But as we witnessed, it’s an hard task for them to not take the so-called state subvention for Churches and their respective leaders nor they can easily refuse luxury cars on the basis that giving importance to earthly life is like chasing wind (Ecclesiastes).

Fortunately, I’m not an ordinary Christian, I am insensible to these hatemongers’ discourse, my faith* won’t be shaken because a bunch of priests, minister and bishop from my church who decide to choose on which side of a particular political tendency God sides with. After the first meetin held by the presbyterian church of Madagascar FJKM in Mahamasina few time after Ravalomanana’s eviction from power, another cult of shame took place yesterday at Antsahamanitra arena where these same men of faith overtly proclaim their political color but this time – with the least ethic they have — invitations were not distributed in church, only an ad from the FJKM’s official radio “Fahazavana” to come on monday.

Yesterday’s cult was particularly marked by quotations from the Book of Ester as I’ve heard on the radio, this woman of faith who brave the danger to save her fellow people. Though prayin for the sake of the country is not a bad thing( if only it works), enticing believers to support a particular political ideology in time of crisis is not a divine mission. At this rate they will tell the people to be like King David who killed 22,000 Syrians (I Chro20:3); why they didn’t take Paul’s saying that people have to respect the authority since they represent Christ on earth. As far as I know, Madagascar is still and should remain a secular nation, churches should keep their role as a balance between authorities regarding the social aspects of political decisions not interfering in politicians’ feud. Not only they put trouble between Protestant believers they are supposed to represent, but also Catholic against Protestant and above all irate the pagan and the antitheists.

*Beware of the word “faith”, there are many definitions as many untold meanings in the bible.

It’s amazing how some people can play with words especially with English one and how the others accept to be deceived. What struck me in the first place was the word “rogue states” during my Histo-Geo class. In the dictionary, “rogue” means °undisciplined, uncontrollable, °ungovernable but above all “Independent”; in other words rogue states bluntly mean Independent states in American’s foreign policy terms. The first in the long list of rogue states is Cuba, severely punished by 50 years of commercial embargo because they dare to defy Uncle Sam and fought for independence. Despite the fact that a vast majority of American people are now for a re-establishment of the diplomatic relation with Cuba, the government never agreed on because to accept Cuba as it is now is also accepting its freedom Castro had long striven for. There are also Iraq who first received US support during Iran-Iraq war and ultimately ended as we have witnessed on TV, Iran whose actual nuclear plants are inherited from the US-backed dictator regime of Shah suddenly turned into a “rogue state” like the former when they became independent and decide to manage by themselves their natural ressources knowing for instance that Iran has the largest gaz reserve after Russia.

Apart from “rogue” there is the famous “Third World”/Developing countries who defined in the beginning the nonaligned countries according to Bandung conference lead by Nehru but now describes “peoples who are culturally retarded in their attitudes, customs, and technical abilities”. As Michael Parenti stated in Against Empire: “it is a convenient notion embraced by those who want to depict Western investments as a rescue operation designed to help backward peoples help themselves. This myth of “cultural backwardness” goes back to ancient times, when conquerors used it to justify enslaving indigenous peoples. It was used by European colonizers over the last five centuries for the same purpose. When we say a country is “underdeveloped,” we are implying that it is backward and retarded in some way, that its people have shown little capacity to achieve and evolve. The negative connotations of “underdeveloped” has caused the United Nations, the Wall Street Journal, and parties of various political persuasion to refer to Third World countries as “developing” nations, a term somewhat less insulting than “underdeveloped” but equally misleading. I prefer to use “Third World” because “developing” seems to be just a euphemistic way of saying “underdeveloped but belatedly starting to do something about it.”

Rogue states, third world, structural adjustments, free trade & globalization (as if every country can export their good freely, if they can produce), International Monetary Fuck (as if every country can take from the Fund without restriction when in need), International court (as if every political leaders of the world including the West can be brought in courts when they kill entire population and attack another country)… ; and ofcourse there is AGOA or the African Growth and Opportunity Act for Madagascar (and other African countries) intended to bring growth and hatch opportunity to whose who are lacking in. Like the non exhaustive list of words above that sound good but in fact perpetuate the system of man made poverty and inequality, AGOA serves only the US itself as to be elligible in it, the granted country has to comply with several conditions including good governance. Good governance itself means agreeing that the US has control over the local economy but in no way fighting poverty, corruption or giving the Malagasy people better education and access to health care. In addidtion, the clothes manufacturing factory who can export to US market, from which Madagascar is supposed to draw its growth, are owned by foreigners so how comes it would be possible. Should we laugh or take the threat seriously when the resident US ambassador Niels Marquardt (formerly US ambassador in Cameroun responsible of lucrative mining contracts) says that they will cut AGOA within 15th December if a consensus government is not set up. It is sad that the low cost labours will be on the street again as to embitter the political situation but thinking that Agoa will bring growth to Madagascar or taking it as a viable economic development will just lead us to dystopia.

As promised months ago after Ravalomanana got evicted from power, the Millennium Challenge Account will pack his things and go. Read in the newspaper, the defunct US philanthropic program — whose approach is to foster greater accountability and results in development assistance to the poorest countries — will definitely leave Madagascar and made a public offer for its materials, computers and vehicles with a special mention “attractive price” as to agonize those who benefited from it (surely not at the grassroot level). But who really took advantages from MCA program ?

MCA was intended first to modernize land owning through computerization and to deliver “title deed” to farmers who couldn’t obtain it before. It also tried to subsidize farmers with fertilizer, building new infrastructures too, maybe. But if MCA really takes care of the people and if the local farmers who need help are the real object of the program why they have to leave ? The answer can be found in the relation of all US backed programs towards the granted countries, they deal only with governments not with the people. There is what they called “eligibility” which covers all the conditions and criteria necessary to be grant-aided. Through eligibility (of so called good governance) they sift countries who are able to abide to the rules they set up. Among these rules are the liberalization of a fragile local market to foreign investment and foreign acquisition to land through law alteration (this started since 2003) which was the main goal of MCA in Madagascar.

Dissent Magazine:Something called the “Millennium Challenge Account” has been set up for countries whose governments “rule justly, invest in their people, and encourage economic freedom.” Presumably, no such grants will be forthcoming to countries that favor cooperative local enterprise over private foreign enterprise. The intended analogy here is the “matching grants” offered by charitable foundations to people or institutions that have once proved their ability to raise money on their own. Be hospitable to American business, says the investment corollary of the National Security Strategy, and we will give you the money to allow you to welcome more of our investments.

“Decades of massive development assistance have failed to spur economic growth in the poorest countries. Worse, development aid has often served to prop up failed policies, relieving the pressure for reform and perpetuating misery.” Blind are those who still believe that US aid will relieve poverty, it’s like hoping Rockfeller foundation to fund research on renewable energy. One another threat made against Madagascar ( if it strays from the path) is the cancellation of AGOA agreement. The African Growth and Opportunity Act is a fascinating compound of professed philanthropy and raw self-interest. To become eligible for help, African countries must bring about “a market-based economy that protects private property rights”, “the elimination of barriers to United States trade and investment” and a conducive environment for US “foreign policy interests”. In return they will be allowed “preferential treatment” for SOME of their products in US markets. Some means that you can not export products that may compete with American one and as for Madagascar these products are mainly from clothing factories owned by the same foreigners and made under cheap labour and miserable social condition.

+ The newly-created Millennium Challenge Account did not exist in FY 2000, and its entire FiscalYear 2004 budget went towards administrative expenses rather than country programs.

Due to time-lag, I’ve only seen yesterday the latest war movie “the Hurt Locker”, recounting the life of three Soldiers in Iraq and especially about IED bomb defusing. Described by some as apolitical, the movie focuses more on individual psyche on war field, the tension and details of modern war (modern war = between armies technologically unequal that urges the other to use archaic technique as weapon =Improvised Explosive Device and suicide bomber). You won’t see an adrenaline-hyped patriotic Rambo-type guy who can blow 5 Soviet divisions by himself . Rather, the movie tries to give more detailed images of what to be on the frontline means, knowing that death can hit you at every move, every corner, that American loss exists (yet far from the reality of Iraqis casualties mainly civilian). Yet, death issue is almost disregarded by the main character since he is just doing what he is supposed and told to do. And like every action movies, it depicts also some combat techniques like using a Barret .50 long range riffle vs a 7.62 mm Russian based sniper riffle and of course the M4 SOPMOD for close firing.

Well, as apolitical “The Hurt Locker” shirks the overwhelming question: what the fuck are they doing in Iraq ? Like in “Black Hawk Dawn”, I want to see many GIs down, shot by the Iraqis nationalists; I want to see the reality the native Iraqis people live under US occupation like in “Redacted” and “Battle for Hadhita”. Pretending to describe reality also is a failure for the movie. In the first scene where an Iraqis get closer to the soldiers and only told to move away. The reality is: every child throwing rocks or old women screaming obscenities (That would include anyone who did not lie on the ground in submission — something the non-English speaking Iraqis are supposed to automatically understand.) are shot right away without warning. The reality is that IED is not that bad because it’s the only weapon Iraqis have to protect their country whereas American have helicopters to drop people out of, white phosphorus to mummify them, napalm to cook them to a crisp, cluster bombs to shread them, Predator drones, DU etc. So don’t try to sell us that Holywood crap .

I’m fed up hearing from friends that 911 was a myth . And for this 8th year commemoration of the attack I would tell them to stop harassing me about this stuff because I’m Malagasy(it doesn’t concern me) and that these 300 Million Americans are not stupid to such an extent that they will allow their beloved, how much strong and Democratically elected Government, to kill their own fellows. And I remember that our former president Ratsiraka who claimed only one week after the attack took place that it was an inland operation, had asked apology from Bush himself, so who would believe that crap. So starting from now, I will prepare the following answers if someone happens to pretend more intelligent than me with all these stupid conspiracy theories and fake evidences:

Ben Laden has a IQ superior to 200 so it’s easy for him to plan this operation while living in a cave (the cave itself are full of cutting–edge technologies) , avoiding the NORAD’ defense system signal (even if NORAD can shoot their targets with only 8 avalaible F-16 coping with 22 hijacked planes at the same time within 10 minutes during WTC attack simulation exercices) .

The guy who piloted Pentagon attack is a clever one too (all Arabs are clever especially Muslim one): he could make fly an 60 tons – 38 m width * 13 meters high plane through obstacle course(have you seen pics of Pentagon) and executed 270° donwright spiral with only few weeks of training. The Americons are jealous of him so they don’t want to show the video record taken from the nearby hotel.

N°77 flight had 2 Rolls Royce motors(6 tons each) made of titane alloy and tempered steel . These has been disintegrated/ vaporised by the kerosene heat and leaving only dead corpses, because people working in Pentagon are from Krypton (like superman) with body harder than steel alloy. Maybe I exagerate about it but …

The same in Shanksville where the crash(flight 93) was too strong that there were nothing left even the seats but dead bodies and big hole on the ground. If you eat vitamins your body can’t burn easily.

Contruction engineers said that the destruction of the stack of floors(hit by the plane) can not harm the core made of 47 huge columns of heavy steel (200 000 tons). But I say this is possible because of Allah’s power.

WTC7, the 47 floors building next the twin towers collapsed without being hit by something. Hmm, it’s hard to explain but since I have an 189 I.Q, I got one explanation: there were cockroach in the concrete so the builiding became very fragile.

“Extremely rapid onset of “collapse”2. Sounds of explosions at plane impact zone — a full second prior to collapse (heard by 118 first responders as well as by media reporters). Observations of flashes (seen by numerous professionals). Squibs, or “mistimed” explosions, 40 floors below the “collapsing” building seen in all the videos. Mid-air pulverization of all the 90,000 tons of concrete and steel decking, filing cabinets & 1000 people – mostly to dust6. Massive volume of expanding pyroclastic dust clouds. Vertical progression of full building perimeter demolition waves. Symmetrical collapse – through the path of greatest resistance – at free-fall speed — the columns gave no resistance. 1,400 foot diameter field of equally distributed debris – outside of building footprint. Blast waves blew out windows in buildings 400 feet away. Lateral ejection of thousands of individual 20 – 50 ton steel beams up to 500 feet. Total destruction of the building down to individual structural steel elements – obliterating the steel core structure. Tons of molten Metal found by FDNY under all 3 high-rises (no other possible source other than an incendiary cutting charge such as Thermate). Chemical signature of Thermate (high tech incendiary) found in slag, solidified molten metal, and dust samples by Physics professor Steven Jones, PhD. FEMA finds rapid oxidation and intergranular melting on structural steel samples. More than 1000 Bodies are unaccounted for — 700 tiny bone fragments found on top of nearby buildings.”

OK, this one is hard to explain again but I got one answer: who would elected Bush for a second term if these allegations turned to be true. He can screw 1 Million American people but he can not fuck the 299 Million left not taking into account the Billions world’s population.

I think that with all these possible logic explanations of mine, all my friends will stop torturing me about 911. However, my intelligence has limit sometimes. For instance I can’t explain why they attacked Iraq and killed Sadam Hussein. Why they attacked the Taliban regime though the latter have proposed to deliver Ben Laden for several times, still supposing that unshaved cavemen can conduct an attack in a country where military budget easily exceed 431.7 Billion Dollar per year plus 169 Billion for war on terrorism. I’m just a kind of stupid guy just like my geek friends cause I can’t just explain these pictures. WHY ?

This Thomas Jefferson’s definititon of democracy is pretty explicit in a sense that it makes us aware that it doesn’t necessarily mean total freedom or brings satisfaction to all but only for the majority. So when the figure is proportionally inversed it leads us to Michael Parenti’s term “Democracy for the Few”. In a country like Madagascar where people’s vision of Democracy remains the genuine one, they have used this prerogative to topple any Governement which doesn’t tune with their aspiration. There is then a misinterpretation about Malagasy people’s struggle which started last January this year and have put an end to Ravalomanana’s regime. Mob rule and street protest are –according to Jefferson’s definition—the means to achieve real Democracy but not Western standard delimiting it to electoral system where people’s involvement into the Public Affairs cease after general election, allowing the Government to take important decision on their behalf, against their real need. If the Americans (Americons) have acted to protest against Bush admnistration without waiting 2009’ election the consequences would have been less tragic. On the other hand, in any tyrannical form of democratic governance there are always the few oppressed one, who –in the name of Democracy again– will claim their due and a better consideration of their will. I’m talking here about Ravalomanana’s supporters who can be considered as people or “vahoaka” in Malagasy term but with a slight discreptancy : they are not the numerous vahoaka.

Another study case about the Tyranny of the Majority is what happened in Venezuela in 2002. When the democratically elected president Hugo Chavez started to implement major changes in the economy, including the nationalization of all vital sector of industries and especially for a significant revenue for the people in oil trade, the US took a dim view on these reforms. With a US-backed opposition group, national oil company and few capitalist lobbies they marshalled many people to instigate a coup d’état which removed him from power for 2days. But the majority of the people raised to support their nationalist president and runned demonstrations on the street to counterbalance the opposition movement. Just as we have seen on TV, those who supported Chavez are the real people because they are the majority one. Just as the case of Venezuela, 2009 political crisis in Madagascar follow the same pattern but in the opposite direction. At the dawn of a new interim government formation which intend to include all political trends (not only those who signed Maputo convention), still some voices raise to reject it and surely will shout out for all those who want to hear that this new Governement is illegal, undemocratic because it doesn’t suit their qualification. They are again the victim of real Democracy. Finnally I would restrain myself to say that this form of Democracy is the best solution for Madagascar, we need real participatory and true representative democracy and everbody is happy, not cult of personality about one single guy anymore. Election is a step but people’s engagement are strongly solicited in the Government’s activities through policy making or in the worst case just topple any Government who try to fuck the people like we did. Sovereign Individual !.

Additional quote:

When the people fear their government, there is tyranny; when the government fears the people, there is liberty.

A democracy is nothing more than mob rule, where fifty-one percent of the people may take away the rights of the other forty-nine.

Thomas Jefferson

“The hidden truth is that a large amount of scholarship is clerical work. In fact, a good deal of science is detailed, routine work. I’m not saying it’s easy—you have to know what you’re looking for and so on—but it’s not an enormous intellectual challenge. There are aspects of inquiry that are serious intellectual challenges, but usually not those concerned with human affairs. There you have to be sensible and self-critical, but anybody can do this work if they want to do it.” Imperial Ambitions, Noam Chomsky ( www.chomsky.info ) .

Clerical works, little knowledge of history and a bit sense of logic are basic tools everyone should have in order to fully comprehend what happen around them. It is easy to get rid of the abstruseness that prevent we people, to realize that this turmoil is just a crap and we must rise. It doesn’t need a PhD in Political Science to understand what happens here in Madagascar, that how far-fetched an idea is to coerce four (4) opposed political trends (TGV, TIM, AREMA, CRN) to make an agreement on who will have power like we have seen in Maputo, Mozambique recently. Even a so-called democratic and civilized country like the USA found that a bipartisan government is not effective and may turn to be a total failure for Obama. First, the 4 parties don’t represent the whole political arena here in Madagascar who have better opted for the national convention for the next general election’s sake. And secondly as I unceasingly reported, who the hell has found this ingenious idea to include Ratsiraka and Zafy Albert on the round table though their respective partisans would have been easily selected in the actual HAT transitional government as for the TIM members. And this fact deserves much clarification because it seems that these clever politicians who are far from idiot zealots have been blurred by their historical leaders during Maputo’s deal, where they can not stand their ground, where personal convinctions have little significance, where their position remains to be a mere pawn in the political chessboard. And above all, the fact that there was a revolution — the reason of all this discourse — lead by the population now asphyxiated in oblivion. So for the second time I strongly solicit a Benevolent Dictatorship (military or not) which –by wiping out this mess– I think the only way to save Madagascar and its people from this Geopolitical deadlock. We need a Malagasy Chavez, a Castro, someone like Sadam Hussein, or Taliban leaders.(I weigh my words)

Apart from the starving wolves**’ concerns above, another general truth that arisen during this crisis (here is the crisis timeline ) is the fact that Madagascar doesn’t really need foreign aid as some people try to indoctrinate the population; Madagascar doesn’t need to be affiliated to the SADEC ( taxfree imports from Mauritius choke local industries) and to be member of African Union (because Malagasy are anything but Africans). It doesn’t take a rocket scientist (economist) to understand that all the financial aid IMF/World Bank granted to Madagascar are to serve their own purpose and rarely affect the local population, including reforms in land owning by foreigner and total control in mining contracts and transactions. How erroneous is to say that people are suffering without these so-called aid, better say that few groups of people who supervise these aid are suffering now. Here is the non-exhaustive pattern how the Government works: it raises tax from local community, collects customs revenues, get money from state owned company(very few) and redistribute these wealth through public investments, civil servants’ salary, road construction, building new hospitals… and of course buying a B737 Presidential jet. The population can live by their own and it’s always been the case for decades here in Madagascar so far, so good , with or without any foreign aid (70% of the annual Gov Budget some said) . Till now I couldn’t see what the results of aid (cite and comment me any if you find) and please stop saying that if an agreement is not found we are going to starve to death knowing that Madagascar hosts the largest number of French expatriates/companies in Africa and soon will produce via Rio Tinto/Sheritt the world top production of titanium sand(illmenite), cobalt, zinc and other minerals (like gold, gems). So please, please, don’t tell that Malagasy people are poor and American’s AGOA (lowcost labour) is a boon unless you are labelled as “Certified Nitwit”. To close this post I’d like to quote this Kreator’s song “Don’t look at me as if I didn’t know, your vanity is all you’ve ever showed” People of the Lie , indeed the root of this problem are vanity and selfishness.

The first case of swine flu in Madagascar was revealed last weekend by a governemental special task force hastily composed by the Ministry of Health , Institut Pasteur, WHO’s experts. And by the time I’m writing now 4 new cases were discovered. The first patient has just came from a travel where the country’s name is not unveiled (for what reason ?) which is maybe no relevance since he ( a young boy) made several stopovers before gettin to Madagascar. Madagascar is then the number 170 to be affected by the virus A(H1n1) whose origin is said to be in Mexico, from pig and through mind-bloggling acrobaties ultimately contaminated human being and contagious. Anyway the governement staff try to assure the population that they have control of the situation which is the least they could do since the political situation here in Madagascar is more than unbearable and the “Tamiflu”, the only drug (a Japanese one will be avalaible in 2010) that can cure this disease cost about 100000 Ariary ( cheaper than Pfizer’s viagra but who can afford it). Nevertheless, I would never fall into hysteria about this so-called Swine Flu, I believe that there would be effective Gasy-made medecine like they did with AIDS if it turns out that this virus really kills. Why, because like what happened 10 years ago it seems that this pandemic disease is not really as dangerous as the worldwide mainstream media tried to make us believe.

Ten years ago, during Ratsiraka’s regime there was a media and rumors made disease that is said will eradicate the population. I remember that people are not allowed to shake hand, keep suspicious person at a distance and if someone died, the family are not allowed to bury the body (like European black plague centuries ago). There were live radio calls who signal that their neighbours looks weird, that a taxi cab carried an infected guy and so on; it’s like the myth of terrorism in the USA and its subsequent campaign of terror .The farce –nurtured by the media– persisted till the day when the daughter of a policeman found to be dead in the Hospital because the babysitter said she had an head ache. Later it was discovered that the dead body of the little girl has no organs. Only sparse case of “Cholera” really existed at that time but some high local personalities used it to do their machiavellian business: organ traffic. After, it turns out that Cholera can’t be transmitted through the air and the cause is mainly due to lack of basic hygiene, no more. What happens worldwide may follow the same pattern about Swine Flu. A friend from New Zealand for instance said that it can be healed without “Tamiflu”. And why many Western governments stockpile Tamiflu which is produced by only one drug company as if it is the end of everything. Why the media hype up about it. Go to see the movie “V for Vendetta” and you will get what I mean.

Apart from that, Swine Flu is not a brand new flu as we may believe. The last eclosion of Swine Flu took place in 1976, in De Fort-Dix(New Jersey, USA). Hundred of soldiers were affected there. The president of that time, Gerald Ford had immediately ordered a national campaign of vaccination. An investigation made by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention(CDC) has never allowed to understand why the virus has not spread outside the military base. The Source of the virus, the exact period of its introduction to the base, the factors which had limited its extension remain unknown. Another question: is A/H1N1 a mutation of the former bird flu virus H5N1 which is also may derived from SRAS virus (3years ago in Asia) ? Or just all of these viruses are human-made, it sounds a bit fishy to me.

It is the duty of the patriot to protect his country from its government.

– Thomas Paine

Government is said to represent the people and acts, decides, in the name of the people though it never works for the people. Does general election mean that after, a person and his team were elected , he has a blank check authority. Since the fall of the last Kingdom of Madagascar in 1895 where the Queen Ranavalona III ended her day in exil (1917), the country had embraced the democratic republic system where the Government, lead by the President of Republic, rules the whole country. The election is a perfect tool to validate Democracy as to say that everybody has agreed on, which laid the term “democratic election”, yet far from the concept early Greeks made of it in Athens. Real Democracy involves mutual dialogue between the people and their representatives, and government is just a mean to achieve their goal; representatives and supreme leader obey the people and must give accounts to them (early Malagasy monarchical system followed this). It is not an utopia but just the way how democracy should works. Through centuries of constant alterations, the Democratic republic’s concept ended in Marxism and elite theory which say that power have to be concentrated in the hand of some select elite gouping, that the general people don’t know for his own betterment and should be given a strong leader to guide their path (this discourse is well absorbed in the USA). The ruling class take all major decisions in economy, politics and in determining the direction and organization of liberal democracies. And the Malagasy have inherited this way of governing since the post-colonization era till now. The president thinks that he is a demi-God, and during some visits in countrysides people beg him to help them rather than asking him accountancy why their life is degrading.

Besides, somewhere in Maputo, Mozambique the four political trends act as if they represent the whole political arena in Madagascar. Ratsiraka, on the verge of the pit; Zafy Albert who never recognized Ravalomanana’s regime now– for power’s sake– give his hand, I can hardly take for granted this on-the-way-of-Damascus-like conversion. If Ravalomanana returns back to the country it means that all the struggles for change where many people died for were in vain. Who would believe that a consensus between let’s say 30 or 60 people members of these parties will seal the fate of Madagascar for the next decades. Where are the promises of the HAT lead by Andry Rajoelina (Transitional Gov) to change the constitution texts before the next election which can ensure at least a minimum transparency, what becomes of the 4th Republic. May be it’s time where a benevolent dictatorship is strongly solicited since western patterns of Democracy and Government — which they always try to endoctrinate us– are proved to be a total failure. Iraqis people lived better during Sadam, Afghans were well-off under Taliban regime, Cubans are now aware that Castro made his best despite 50 years of US-forced embargo to serve Cuba. Delusion after delusion, Malagasy people will be more frustrated and proned to more violent revolutions; the government will use more tricks to shirk the public’s attention and ultimately will become a big machine of repression, total chaos. There are still some ignorant stupid politicians who never learned from the past that Malagasy are anarchists by nature, those who sow the seed of bad choice should be ready to reap the consequences. Who’s next ?

“The basic tenet of anarchism is that hierarchical authority — be it state, church, patriarchy or economic elite — is not only unnecessary, but is inherently detrimental to the maximization of human potential. Anarchists generally believe that human beings are capable of managing their own affairs on the basis of creativity, cooperation, and mutual respect. It is believed that power is inherently corrupting, and that authorities are inevitably more concerned with self-perpetuation and increasing their own power than they are with doing what is best for their constituents. Anarchists generally maintain that ethics are a personal matter, and should be based upon concern for others and the wellbeing of society, rather than upon laws imposed by a legal or religious authority (including revered laws such as the U.S. Constitution). Most anarchist philosophies hold that individuals are responsibile for their own behavior. Paternalistic authorities foster a dehumanized mindset in which people expect elites to make decisions for them and meet their needs, rather than thinking and acting for themselves. When an authority arrogates to itself the right to overrule the most fundamental personal moral decisions, such as what is worth killing or dying for (as in military conscription or abortion), human freedom is immeasurably diminished.”

Madagascan Green Party “Hasin’i Madagasikara” moves fast but not in fits and starts. After its first intervention about the water issue here in Madagascar, the national green party has achieved its first international workshop and meeting. Lead by the President Saraha Georget RABEHARISOA and the ambassador of the Malagasy green party in Europe Giancarlo FUSCO, the delegation composed by the members has laid down the bases of environmental policies for international perspectives. During this trip, they have paved the way for the next International Greens’ conference which will be held in Sweden this October 2009. This tour in Italy was also an opportunity for them to meet the Italian Green Party “Verdi”, and were given a friendly reception by the president which is also the vice president of European “Greens” Gracia FRACESCATO and the general secretary Juan BEHREND. Saraha RABEHARISOA was after invited to the private broadcasting of the Italian Green Party and took the floor before the General Assembly, which reflects the great affection and respect the Green in Italy would give to Malagasy people through “Hasin’i Madagasikara”.

During the speech she delivered to the journalists and the Assembly, she asked a concrete support from the European Green Parties to break the present isolation of Madagascar and for the implementation of pragmatic means to bridge the gap between the industrialzed North and the developing countries in the South. The stress was put on land owning problems, water preservation and a political approach in sustainable developments respectful to the environment. A message that convinced the audience and thrust the party into defending its cause during the next world forum in Malmö Sweden. The exchanges made there are very satisfying for the party to the extent that the foundations of Hasin’i Madagasikara which are the land, water and the environment, in its broad term, including the conservation of Cultural and Historical heritage of every country, are seen as new leading thoughts to palliate globalization. Besides, the president of Hasin’i Madagasikara has anticipated to the assembly and journalists present there that during the next national congress here in Madagascar, she will ask to insert a clause into the constitution stating that Madagascar will not opt nuclear energy nor for military purpose and will never accept agreements about toxic-nuclear waste.

The Malagasy Green Party Hasin’i Madagasikara definitely opts for the development of hydroelectric solutions, solar and wind energy as they are aware about the alarming climat change.
